Potomac LeadShare Hosts Teambuilding Event
On January 19, 2007, the Potomac Leadshare group participated in our first team building experience.
Our time together had three primary areas of focus:
- Get to know the person behind the business.
We got to know each other’s personal worlds a little better. We firmly believe that the more we know each other, the btter we’re going to be at passing solid convertable leads. - What makes you unique in your field/industry?
We talked with one another about what we as individual, unique people bring to our field. - Visioning for our Leadshare group?
Who is the Potomac Leadshare group? What do we want to be about? We thought through these questions resulting in a six-point vision statement for the group.

Beth H. - Comes to your location, high level of service, provides ongoing service
Keith - Well-rounded, knowledgeable about many fields w/in the industry, has worked both retail & wholesale
Ric - 28 yrs. in business, has started 2 businesses, strength in details
Pam - Her work is not just a job but running a businesses, writes annual vision letter, proactive, self-less
Earl - Will go to home/business of client, people aren’t simply billable hours
John - Fee-based, objective, makes house calls, offers lifestyle plans
Beth R. - Counseling background, offers tailored services, developing a leadership paradigm
