Potomac Leadership Leadshare group has leaders from all walks of life demonstrating qualities that exemplify excellence in business and daily life. We are committed to the growth and development of our members and the people we touch.

Authentic
We are real people who truly care about others. We are consistent in how we live life both personally and professionally. We get to know each other outside of our regular meetings, which helps us make more effective referrals.

Fun
We love to have fun, whether we are sitting at a lunch meeting or are out bowling together. We let down our guard and joke with each other. We enjoy being around each other and see our fun times together as important as the more focused business meetings.

Down-to-earth
We believe that being personable is a major key to success. As a group we are approachable and inclusive. If we can't communicate or relate to each other, then how can we enjoy relationship with our customers, business partners, friends and family? Being able to strike common ground is the beginning of healthy relationship.

Productive
Our time together, and on behalf of each other, makes a difference in all of our businesses. This can be seen through the number of converted leads and through our commitment to each other and the mission of the group. We actively try to grow each other's businesses.

Professional
Our business is conducted in an orderly manner, including an agenda of what will be accomplished at each of our meetings. Each group member has business and professional goals. We do not experience personal conflicts among group members, but if we ever do, we are committed to dealing with problems with honesty and integrity.
